Accessibility Tips
Definition:
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a Federal civil
rights law that prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities
in everyday activities, such as buying an item at the store, going
to the movies, enjoying a meal at a local restaurant, exercising at
the health club or participating in a learning environment.
Why is it important?
This law gives everyone access to everything, regardless of their
ability to move, see or hear.
What does this mean to CCC Confer users?
This means that anyone in the California Community Colleges system
can use CCC Confer for meetings, collaboration and e-learning.
